Hector Sandoval, President
Before he launched HECTOURS in 1986, Hector Sandoval had a long and successful career in other aspects of tourism. In 1981, he was Groups and Conventions Coordinator at the Club Maeva Manzanillo, and in 1983 he finished the Technical career of Restaurants and Hotels at the Conalep.
Hector took special courses given and prepared by the Tourism Bureau of Mexico and became the first officially bonded Tour Guide in the state of Colima. In 1984 Hector joined the famous restaurant chain Carlos’n & Charlie’s and a year later he became General Manager of the Manzanillo unit.
